The right man will come at the right time and place

He will knock on your heart and he brings in peace

He will provide security and he will keep you strong

In his home, he will make you feel it’s where you belong.

There may be times he's extremely busy

And you will notice sometimes, he gets too lazy

But he is just a man nothing is wrong with that

There is a time for everything, cut him some slack.

So he forgot your birthday, forgive him anyway

Just forget his birthday too, that’s what I would say.

If that will compensate for the temporary pain

You will reap what you sow, you will cry in the rain.

God bless our souls for loving these men

Do we have a choice? Why not leave them then?

If circumstances allow us and odds are in our favor

We would rather him appreciate all of our endeavors.

I feel you dear, we both agree men are complicated

Their minds are labyrinth and their hearts are divided

Anguish

There it is, the little flightless beast

I see it many times before

I couldn't tell if it was from a dream

but am sure it exists somewhere else.

Vaguely though, my memories fail me

the equivocal precedence keeps on

over and over and over again

so I let it stay in my head.

Though I am not sure how it affected me

but I wasted tears almost every night

while it appears in the shadows

dancing, teasing what a frightening sight.

Go away, wretched, wicked fiend

bring all the grungy thoughts you demeaned

stop these illusions let go of my head

for a night let me rest in slumber in my bed.

Till There Was Only Me

There's a girl I knew from way back when

she was bright and happy and gay

her hopes and dreams shone in her eyes

she thought she'll have them one day.

Soon she fell in love she gave it all

she has never realized

with everything that she has done

they were all a sacrifice.

Time went by she grew so strong

she has no one to depend on

but the LOVE in her heart that's all she has

shaking with turbulent passion.

I knew her well but she doesn't know

I see her every day

no matter how she hides the pain

I feel it though she won't say.

She always smiles and laughs a lot

she pretends that she's alright

Then she will make up all excuses

so she can be alone at night.

I hear her cry I hear her pray

she doesn't cease to ask

she begs the Lord down on her knees

that it will come at last.

She has suffered greatly enough

I saw her torn to pieces

cause with each time she ended up

with someone she thought who fixes.

How hard can it be? Is it impossible?

knowing her heart's desire

all she wants beyond all riches

true love burning with fire.

She uttered them with desperation

like there's no hope she's giving up

all her dreams are a contradiction.

I wish I can give the comfort she needs

let her know am not a fiend

that I care enough and so much more

and my love will never end.
