I don't wanna go home

street lights look hazy

Sitting by the corridor

people passed me by.

I watched us drifting

as we go closer to the edge

like a roller coaster

being tied to a ledge

the fun is beguiling

but the fights are annoying

the pain will just pass

but not the scars it brings.

It's a new morning, the sun rises up

and as I open my eyes, it's your face I see

it's your scent I smell, you're all over me.

I got up and walked to the door

I saw you standing in the corner

giving me that stare, kinda amused

that's when I thought you are already home.

But when I ran towards you

you were already gone

how can this be, you tricked me?

I can see you anywhere I go

but you're not really there.

When I lay down my head tonight

I will try not to think of you so much

because even in my dreams

I can feel your touch

Yahoooooo!!!

I used to get up at 5 in the morning

It's when the rooster supposed to be crowing.

but I heard them just before I close my eyes

they must be out of date, that I realized.

And so the race is just beginning

between chores, work, coffee and FBying

I couldn't get things done right away

my soft warm bed is inviting me to stay.

So I snuggle there.. a little bit more

a few more minutes, till I started to snore

It's a good thing though, I have set my alarm

It's when someone signs in, I could hear the sound..
